Change your mind within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, if items are unworn with tags attached — underwear (briefs) can only be returned if faulty. Returns are at your own expense (a tracked service is recommended) and need a Return Authorisation Number from us first. Read our full returns and exchange policy.

Choose Standard or Priority via Australia Post or a courier. Price and speed depend on destination.
We'll email your Australia Post eParcel tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. New tracking numbers can take up to 4 hours to become searchable — that's normal.
Your order is charged in AUD, excluding Australian GST. International orders may attract duties, taxes or local charges on arrival — these are the recipient's responsibility. We can't mark orders as gifts to reduce fees, and orders over your country's formal-entry threshold may incur an additional customs clearance fee from our logistics partner. Check with your local customs office before you order.
For products purchased online and delivered within Australia we will accept returns for change of mind within 30 days from date of receipt, or if faulty. Returns are not available for underwear (briefs only) unless faulty. Goods may be returned at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked or signature-required service for your peace of mind. For change of mind returns, items must be unworn with tags still attached.

Whether your item was faulty or you've just changed your mind, Jockey provides these returns options:
Once your refund has been approved and you have received your number to complete your returns label, simply send the item back to us. In Australia, we have teamed up with Australia Post to enable you to Track your return using the Australia Post article ID on your return label. Upon receipt of the item we will refund/credit your account or issue a new Gift Card in approximately 3-5 business days. Please note: It can take up to 30 days for the return to be received and the replacement/refund to be issued.
Goods purchased from jockey.com.au must be returned via our online returns system. Jockey goods purchased from retail stores need to be returned to the store from which those goods were purchased.
The refund will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.
