Where's my order?
We'll email your Australia Post eParcel tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. New tracking numbers can take up to 4 hours to become searchable — that's normal.
What about customs, duties and taxes?
Your order is charged in AUD, excluding Australian GST. International orders may attract duties, taxes or local charges on arrival — these are the recipient's responsibility. We can't mark orders as gifts to reduce fees, and orders over your country's formal-entry threshold may incur an additional customs clearance fee from our logistics partner. Check with your local customs office before you order.
