What Is the Jockey Return Policy?

For products purchased online and delivered within Australia we will accept returns for change of mind within 30 days from date of receipt, or if faulty. Returns are not available for underwear (briefs only) and hosiery, unless faulty. Goods may be returned at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked or signature-required service for your peace of mind. For change of mind returns, items must be unworn with tags still attached. 

How Can I Request A Return Or Refund?

  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied and wish to return your purchase, we offer a full refund or garment exchange within 30 days of receipt of your parcel, if the garments are unworn with original labels and tags attached.
  • Please note that the shipping costs are not refundable.
  • All Exchange and Returns details must firstly be emailed to Jockeyhelp@mistiyarn.com.au for an Authorisation Number before any garments are returned.
  • Please return at your own expense (we recommend tracking/signature).
  • Please clearly mark your parcel with your Return Authorisation Number and address it to: Online Returns, Jockey Australia, 615 Warrigal Road, Ashwood, VIC, 3147.

What Happens If My Product Is Faulty?

Jockey takes great care in producing products to the highest standards of quality. If you believe an item is faulty, we will be happy to assist in resolving the issue. You can lodge a return request for faulty items by emailing us on Jockeyhelp@mistiyarn.com.au If your order was placed more than 30 days ago, or if it was delivered outside Australia, please contact our Customer Service team on +61 3 9564 4656 between 9am and 4pm AEDT, Monday to Friday. Our team will guide you through the appropriate returns process. Jockey will cover all costs associated with returning faulty goods, including delivery, so there is no expense to you.

What Are My Options When I Return An Item?

Whether your item was faulty or you've just changed your mind, Jockey provides these returns options:

  1. Gift card where you paid using a gift card or Store Credit
  2. Refund to your original method of payment (e.g. Credit Card or PayPal)

How Long Will It Take To Receive A Refund?

Once your refund has been approved and you have received your number to complete your returns label, simply send the item back to us. In Australia, we have teamed up with Australia Post to enable you to Track your return using the Australia Post article ID on your return label. Upon receipt of the item we will refund/credit your account or issue a new Gift Card in approximately 3-5 business days. Please note: It can take up to 30 days for the return to be received and the replacement/refund to be issued.

Can I Return An Item To A Retail Store?

Goods purchased from jockey.com.au must be returned via our online returns system. Jockey goods purchased from retail stores need to be returned to the store from which those goods were purchased.

Who Gets Refunded If I Return A Gift?

The refund will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.
