1. Promoter
The promoter of the “Guess Who Is Wearing Jockey AU Now” competition (“Competition”) is MISTIYARN PTY. LIMITED (ABN 30 006 982 921), of 615 Warrigal Rd, Ashwood VIC 3147 (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, Jockey AU, their related companies, and any agencies or suppliers associated with the Competition, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter or win the Competition.
3. Competition Period
The Competition opens at 5:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 11 August 2026 and closes at 6:00pm AEST on Monday, 17 August 2026 (“Competition Period”).
Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Competition, eligible entrants must, during the Competition Period:
- Visit the Competition entry page;
- Submit their guess as to who is wearing Jockey AU; and
- Provide the requested contact details, including a valid email address.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Any additional entries submitted by the same person may be deemed invalid.
5. Prize Draw
All valid and eligible entries received during the Competition Period will be entered into the prize draw.
The winner will be selected at random at 10:00am AEST on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 at:
615 Warrigal Rd, Ashwood VIC 3147
The first valid and eligible entry randomly selected will be declared the winner.
6. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won.
The winner will receive one (1) Jockey AU gift voucher valued at AUD $1,000.
The total prize pool is AUD $1,000.
The Jockey AU gift voucher is subject to any applicable terms and conditions of use, including expiry dates and redemption restrictions.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their Competition entry.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided with their entry are complete and correct.
The Promoter is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated contact details supplied by the entrant.
8. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner does not claim the prize within a reasonable period after being contacted, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw or select another winner, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
9. Entry Verification and Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
- submits more than one entry;
- is an employee or other person excluded under clause 2;
- provides false, misleading or incomplete information;
- tampers with or attempts to interfere with the entry or draw process;
- submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions; or
- otherwise acts fraudulently or contrary to the spirit of the Competition.
10. Promoter’s Decision
The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Competition is final, subject to applicable law.
11. Changes or Cancellation
If the Competition cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Competition, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Competition will be used by the Promoter to administer the Competition, verify entries and eligibility, conduct the prize draw and contact the winner.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable privacy laws.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
